Rachel is the founder of Reach Creative, an online marketing boutique specializing in Branding and Web Design for those who want to STAND OUT. 

Jessica has been a hairstylist for 15 years and salon owner of The Shop in Latham, NY for 4 years.   

Born & raised in NH she relocating to the capital district for her husbands job in 2010... what was once a five year plan turned into planting their roots in the capital district and now considering it home! 

She educated for two major salon brands for 12 years and spent them traveling New York and New England to train hairstylists, salon owners and cosmetology students. She loves networking, meeting new people and getting involved in all things local. All of these experiences lead her to hertrue passion... Helping people to achieve their goals whether it is her employees, her clients or those looking to take charge of their life and enter the wonderful world of entrepreneurship!
